Where are you based?
We are based in Yaizu, Shizuoka, near Mt. Fuji. We mainly serve Shizuoka Prefecture, and we can also go with you on long-distance trips by car, Shinkansen or plane.
Can I stay in my wheelchair in the vehicle?
Yes. Our vehicles carry wheelchairs and stretchers. Please tell us in advance if you need oxygen or a ventilator.
Is it covered by insurance?
Our services are private and are not covered by Japanese public insurance. Please check with your own travel insurance to see whether it can help with the cost.
How early should I book?
We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you contact us early, it is easier to plan your trip.
